1. Accepting these terms
By using Bravio, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Bravio provides
Bravio provides personal organization, habit, focus, checklist, insight, Companion, and finance-recording tools. Bravio Coins are in-app rewards used to unlock virtual items and profile characters. Features may change as the product improves. The Google Play release is currently marked Coming soon.
3. Personal responsibility
Bravio is a planning and self-reflection tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, financial, accounting, legal, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, financial records, backups, and outcomes based on information in the app.
4. Your content and records
You retain responsibility for information you enter into Bravio. You grant Bravio only the limited rights needed to process information for features you choose to use, including optional cloud backup and support.
5. Online profiles
If you create an optional cloud-backup profile, provide accurate information, protect your password and device, and notify support if you believe the profile has been compromised. The current app encrypts cloud backup contents on your device with a separate backup password protecting the data key. Keep that password safe: an account-password reset cannot recover it. Account details, profile photos, backup metadata and hosted AI processing are separate from backup encryption. Older cloud history is protected only after its conversion completes; see the Privacy Policy. The public website does not offer profile sign-in or cloud-data access.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Bravio, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious material, abuse support channels, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep Bravio reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every error can be prevented. Keep exports or backups appropriate to the importance of your data. Local data and online backups are removed separately.
8. Intellectual property
Bravio's software, mascot, visual identity, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Bravio materials or permit use of the brand outside normal use of the product.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bravio is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Bravio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
10. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using Bravio at any time. Access to online services may be restricted for material misuse or security reasons. These terms may be updated as the product evolves; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
